HeyCoach is a nutrition-coaching service operated by MassivelyParallelSystems LLC, delivered through WhatsApp. By messaging HeyCoach you agree to these terms.
HeyCoach provides AI-generated nutrition estimates and coaching for general wellness. Calorie and macro figures are estimates, not measurements. HeyCoach is not a medical device or a healthcare service: it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and its output is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical questions, and do not use HeyCoach if you are under 18 or being treated for an eating disorder.
The free plan includes text-based logging with a daily message limit. Pro is a monthly subscription processed by Stripe, starting with a 3-day free trial (no card required). Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; cancel any time and Pro features remain active through the paid period plus a short grace window. Refund requests: hello@heycoach.chat.
Don't abuse the service (automated traffic, attempts to misuse the AI, unlawful content). We may limit or suspend accounts that do. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and subject to its own terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MassivelyParallelSystems LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
